Over 19 million people got Star Wars Battlefront II for free from the Epic Games Store

Star Wars Battlefront II is a damn good game, and let's face it, we all knew that many people would use the opportunity and get their free copy on the Epic Games Store, but damn, the stats are amazing.

Electronic Arts posted a tweet informing us that "more than 19 million players" got their free copies of the game. Of course, it doesn't mean that all of these people played the game, but they all took part in the promo nonetheless, and they've set up a nice record. Star Wars Battlefront III is a guarantee at this point, and I can't wait to see it in action!

The company also concluded the tweet thanking everyone "for the continued support, even after our final content drop."

Star Wars Battlefront II is available on Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
