Koei Tecmo have announced the next game in the critically acclaimed Dynasty Warriors series. Dynasty Warriors 9 was revealed at Tokyo Game Show this weekend and we now know that the sequel is currently in development for PC as well as current and next-gen console platforms. The game is expected to release in 2021.
Dynasty Warriors 9 is described as an evolution of typical DW warfare and it aims a deliver more strategic gameplay. You will have to resort to violence, careful planning, and diplomacy to capture or ally with different armies and kingdoms throughout the land. Only that way will you be able to increase your dominance and spread the influence over entire ancient China.
Dynasty Warriors 9 will launch in 2021 on PS4, PS5, PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch. You can watch the trailer below.
