"Incident Mahjong" is a Mahjong game where you play while keeping an eye out for "incidents" that occur during the game. When you spot an "incident," make the appropriate tile discard decision, and sometimes point out problematic melds or discarded tiles. If you make a mistake, you'll be sent back to the first round.
