New week and new freebies on the Epic Games Store, but this time, the publisher decided to keep its cards hidden until the time comes to reveal them. They will be offering a “Mystery Game” to all users as of Thursday, May 18.
EGS will launch their Epic Mega Sale on the same day, offering a range of discounts on a whole range of different PC releases, both old and new. As frequent spoiler Billbil-kun revealed, the EGS will give away two free games every week for the whole duration of the same period similar to the offerings we’ve had during the annual winter sale. In these circumstances, the identity of the first game will likely be a mystery until the day it becomes revealed.
The games could really be anything from old-school indie classics to prestige AAA titles. We’ll just have to wait and see.
The Epic Mega Sale takes place from May 18 – June 15. In the meantime, you can still grab the Sims 4 expansion pack for free.
