A Lovecraftian retro shooter Forgive Me Father 2 is currently in development
The darkness is coming.

Fulqrum Publishing have announced that a sequel to Byte Barrel’s 2022 retro-inspired shooter, Forgive Me Father 2 is coming to PC. The sequel will “said to “build up on the satisfying action of the first game and double down on the striking pulp, comic book inspired visuals.”
We also have a small teaser that doesn’t really show a lot, but nonetheless, it is really amusing to watch. The game presents a true Lovecraftian twist on the classic shooter formula and it ties in creepy eldritch weapons and a madness system that lets you maul your enemies as you’ve never done before. The graphics feature amazing 2D-hand-drawn visuals, which really are a feast for one’s eyes.
Forgive me Father 2 is coming to PC at some point in the future. We don’t have a release date set at this point, but it should come at some point in the future.
