The Super Mario Bros. Movie will be premiering two days earlier now

Universal and Illumination have announced that they are moving the premiere date of The Super Mario Bros. Movie and the film is now set to hit the theatres on April 5 in several regions (including the US) rather than April 7.
That being said, even though the movie is hitting the US two days earlier, other regions will still have to wait a bit longer into April and May. Japan will see The Super Mario Bros. Movie hitting their theatres on April 28.
We have no clue why the date shifted, but hey, it certainly makes me happy that I will be able to see the movie two days earlier.
