New Kirby’s Return to Dream Land trailer shows off “Merry Magoland”

Nintendo have released a brand new trailer for their upcoming release Kirby’s Return to Dream Land which will launch on Nintendo Switch later this month and it’s titled “Welcome to Merry Magoland”.

The new footage shows off an immensely adorable theme park, described by the enthusiastic narrator as an “out of this world destination for general merry-making”. The theme park provides a variety of different mini-games. Some are brand new while many have been recreated from their initial appearance in some of the previous Kirby games

The multiplayer showdowns will include bomb-tossing silliness. shooting galleries, and some truly amazing samurai showdown. We have a brand new minigame called “Booming Blasters” as well. Essentially, this is a Kirby-themed variant of the top-down carnage seen in other games like Bomberman. This seems to be one of the highlights of the new Kirby game and is definitely yet another reason why you should check it out upon launch.

Kirby’s Return to Dream Land will launch on Nintendo Switch on February 24.
