Chambers, Wong, and Wesker are joining the hunt.

Today is the day! Today is the day we will see the two titans of survival horror colliding and this will be the second time Resident Evil shows up in the asymmetrical multiplayer title, Dead by Daylight. The crossover event (“Project W”) is kicking off today, August 30, on all platforms.
The event will see the arrival Albert Wesker as a new killer, while the roster of survivors will be strengthened with a secret agent junior medic of S.T.A.R.S.’ Bravo Team, Rebecca Chambers, and a sultry secret agent Ada Wong. These characters were already available in the Dead by Daylight Test Build, so at this point, we already know the concept works perfectly.
Resident Evil was last featured in Dead By Daylight back in June of 2021 and it saw our iconic duo Leon S. Kennedy and Jill Valentine taking on the Nemesis. Personally, I expect this crossover to be even better. The asymmetrical horror genre certainly isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but hats off to Behavior Interactive for making the game as accessible as possible.
Dead by Deadlight is available now on Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, Android, iOS, and PC. You can check out the trailer below:
