EA is kicking off the FIFA 23 closed beta today (on August 11th). Xbox and PlayStation players will be able to jump in and get their hands on it before the full launch of the game on September 30. Players will also be able to pre-load the game immediately, which will allow them to play Career Mode.
The beta kicks off today at 10:00 AM PDT, which is 17:00 GMT and it will run until September 11th.
During the previous FIFA closed betas, there were two waves of invites, so we may see even more players joining the beta before it ends.
This year’s game will include HyperMotion 2 technology as its new banner feature. At the same time, we are getting cross-play and Women’s Club Football, which is quite awesome.
FIFA 23 will be the final EA football game under the FIFA banner. From 2024 and onwards, EA Sports FC will be in charge of its development.
