KeokeN Interactive have dropped their first developer diary for Deliver Us Mars, which is their upcoming sequel to the amazing Deliver Us The Moon.
The game was announced last month and the team now gives us an inside look into the creative process.
Here’s what the narrative director Raynor Arkenbout had to say: "Deliver Us Mars centers around a team of astronauts that get tasked to go to Mars to retrieve the technology that could revitalize the dying planet of Earth. So the story itself is this grand sweeping and epic drama. We focus a lot on a family, and especially a father-and-daughter relationship, to tell this very personal story, with this epic backdrop of trying to save the planet.”
The sequel will include some handsome new additions like traversal mechanics, climbing, and puzzles, which is a great incentive to check it out.
We don’t have the release date for Deliver Us Mars at this point, but it’s “coming soon” to PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
