Square Enix have dropped a new demo for Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin ahead of release next week and it’s out right now.

In this demo, you will experience the early part of the game, including the Western Keep and Pravoka Seagrot. You can also try out several jobs that weren’t available in the previous demo and there’s even a multiplayer feature that supports up to three players in total. As expected, all progress that you make in this demo will carry over to the full game once it launches.

Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin is an action-RPG prequel to the original Final Fantasy game released on the NES. The story follows a protagonist named Jack as he eventually becomes the main antagonist of the 1987 classic. We’ll get to learn more about his fall to the dark side, but not before he and his allies (Jed and Ash) defeat Chaos in their quest to become the Warriors of Light. Looking forward to trying this out!

The Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin demo is available now on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, and PS5. The full game is coming to the same consoles and PC on March 18. Make sure you check out the below:
