The upcoming Nintendo Switch version of Life is Strange – Life is Strange: Remastered Collection has been delayed to later this year.

As we can see on the game’s official Twitter, the collection was initially set to launch alongside other versions this February. “However, we are sorry to share that the Nintendo Switch versions of the games have been a little setback and will need a bit more time until they are ready”. So now, the Switch version will arrive “later this year”.

We don’t have an exact date right now, but we do know that Life is Strange: Remastered Collection is an enhanced version of the entire original first season of Life is Strange from 2015. It also includes the Life is Strange: Before the Storm prequel in an enhanced form and with new features. Neither of these games has appeared on the Nintendo Switch before.

This is the second time we have had a delay for this collection, which was supposed to launch alongside last year’s Life is Strange: True Colors. But, the Xbox, PlayStation, PC, and Google Stadia versions are luckily not affected by the delay and they’re still expected to arrive on February 1. We should get an extended look at the Life is Strange Remastered Collection and its enhancements this Tuesday, so stay tuned.
