A colorful painting adventure Chicory: A Colorful Tale is now live on Nintendo Switch and you can pick it up today already.
The launch came as a huge (and positive) surprise during the Nintendo Indie World showcase broadcast. The game puts you in the shoes of a dog who happens to the biggest fan of a famous artist named Chicory. Sadly, she’s gone missing, taking all the color of the land with her and it’s up to you now to use her magical paintbrush to solve different puzzles, and help bring her back to restore the world to what it used to be before this unfortunate event.
In the beginning, you will be exploring a black and white world, but as you make progress, it will be getting more and more colorful. Paint is your main power, use it wisely. You can expect over ten hours of gameplay, a world of 100+ animal characters and plenty of collectibles to find and dress up with. A Zelda-like adventure with a twist, that’s how I would describe it!
