Sker Ritual has been announced as a co-op survival follow-up to the horror game Maid of Sker
A “Skery” sequel, that’s for sure.
Wales Interactive have announced a co-op successor to last year’s Maid of Sker and the title is Sker Ritual. A fitting title for sure.
We don’t have a lot of information at this point, but we know you’ll be able to play the game solo and with up to three other players simultaneously. You will have to survive an onslaught from the supernatural foes known as ‘The Quiet Ones’. They were the villainous force introduced in the 2020 horror from the same team.
From what we can see so far, the sequel will be much more fast-paced than Maid of Sker. A brief teaser shows hordes of malevolent creatures, so I reckon that will be some kind of horde mode. We don’t have more information at the moment, but this looks promising for sure.
Hopefully, more info comes out soon enough. As it stands now, Sker Ritual is coming to PC in Q2 2022 and Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 at some point later. You can check out the trailer below:
