All the maps have been painstakingly recreated after thorough research from satellite and WWII document data, likewise the level design is based on battle reports and veterans’ stories, delivering authenticity to the maximum extent possible.

  • A colossal amount of units and equipment - Featuring vast arrays of variants for vehicle types and soldiers’ uniforms to ensure the encyclopaedic collection of WWII assets is featured.
  • Gameplay focused on immersion, diversity and versatility: As an RTS, you are able to control squads, columns and regiments, directing group orders. In addition, you may switch anytime to control a single unit to a complete degree: Moving with WASD, aiming and shooting with the mouse, Lobbing grenades, changing ammunition, digging trenches, looting crates, laying mines, etc… The possibilities are exceptional. The way in which players direct their units will vary and ensure different players will find their appealing techniques to play the game.
  • The game (on release) features German and Soviet single-player campaigns, which will be expanded upon through the development cycle: Not just extra missions for existing campaigns being added for free, but new nations with their respective campaigns being introduced as separate expansions. Campaigns may be played with friends online through the cooperative mode.
  • The game (on release) features German and Soviet multiplayer factions with several maps and multiplayer game-modes for players to face each other off in historical layouts. The games can be played at different time-spans in WWII to represent the armies during different stages of the war, which leads to different strategies and doctrines to employ. Disclaimer: Unlike other RTS games in the market, The game’s balance heavily relies on historical accuracy. Thus, numerical superiority, scarce supplies and other war factors are all taken into play. Hence the gameplay will profoundly vary and allow for differences in play style.[/b] As new nations get introduced into the game via expansions, their armies and map locations will be added to the multiplayer roster.
  • All landscape elements, vehicles, uniforms, weapons, headgear and other content have been rigorously designed with precision to ensure the goal of the project is met and to honour those who fought in the conflict. Only political symbols may be subject to modification due to legislation. Different army regiments, foreign divisions and specialised infantry, each with their own perks will be featured.
  • Vehicle motion and combat is a step up from any known RTS mechanics: Different vehicle components may be damaged or destroyed. You may rampage superior foes, out-maneuver or immobilise them. Internal storage and systems are modelled, being able to jam turrets, stun the crew and blow up the entire ammunition or fuel loads - even diesel and petrol fuels are modelled into the damage system! The vehicle’s motion characteristics are not predefined numbers: The game takes into account horsepower, weight, vehicle traverse capabilities, inertia and terrain types. Different maps will encourage different choices of vehicles!
  • Following up on vehicles: the ballistics, penetration model and impact calculations for different ammo classes are unrivalled: every vehicle will carry their authentic ammunition layout. Your usage of the different ammunition types and knowledge about the enemy target’s armour will decide the outcome of the battle! The possibilities are so vast, the sky's the limit for you!
  • The sky may actually not be so safe, because aerial units (and also naval!) are featured. Planes may be used and once again use comprehensive flight models, previously unseen on a game of this kind.
