Armor Games Studios and Gummy Cat have announced that their game that mixes bears and breakfast with management simulation, Bear and Breakfast is coming to PS4 and PS5 on December 12, 2023.
It’s been over a year since Bear and Breakfast debuted on PC. It first launched on Steam back in July 2022 and later it arrived on Nintendo Switch in September 2022. The PlayStation Store page is now live and it has the ability to add to wishlists.
Bear and Breakfast has gained recognition and received highly favorable feedback on Steam for several notable reasons. Firstly, its charming art direction perfectly complements its delightful concept, staying true to what the title suggests. In the game, players take on the role of a bear endeavoring to manage a bed and breakfast in the heart of the forest, transforming an abandoned shack into an all-in-one tourist haven. The game offers extensive customization options for your quaint inn, allowing you to gather essential resources and make decisions about the selection and placement of furniture and fixtures.
The Gummy Cat team has faced significant challenges lately. Their art director, Ioana Șopov, received a diagnosis of Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer, prompting the rest of the crew to unite in directing efforts toward her treatment and overall well-being. Consequently, the release of an upcoming expansion has been postponed.
The team expresses sincere gratitude for the ongoing support from everyone, emphasizing the remarkable achievement of bringing the game to PlayStation despite these sad and unfortunate circumstances.
