Lego is going football! Sort of. As it appears, Administration Committee of Korea has uploaded a brand new listing for a yet-announced title, LEGO 2K Goooal
We have very little information at the moment since this is just a board listing, but it seems like this will be the real deal for everyone who likes soccer as well as the creative building block world of LEGO. The leak comes hand in hand with an earlier report by VGC that revealed the partnership between The LEGO Company and 2K Games to develop a franchise based upon recreational sports. LEGO 2K Drive launched last month and it is the first game in the series while LEGO 2K Goooal! will seemingly be the next game in line.
In any case, we expect an official announcement of LEGO 2K Goooal! from 2K Games and Sumo Digital at some point in the future. Gamescom 2023 seems like a good bet.
