Teslagrad 2 comes out of nowhere along with the remaster of the first game

As a part of the Nintendo Indie World stream, Modus Games have announced that Rain Games’ anticipated Teslagrad 2 is now available on all platforms. On top of that, Teslagrad Remastered, an upgraded version of the 2013 indie game is also up for grabs. It features improved graphics and ten additional challenge levels. Folks from Rain Games said they took a “light-touch” approach to the remaster, so we shouldn’t expect a lot of changes.

Teslagrad 2 was initially announced back in 2020. Just like the original game, it’s a Metroidvania set in a Scandinavian-inspired world and a physics-based puzzle platformer centered around electromagnetism. The sequel features an expanded world and visual storytelling without using text or voice.

Both Teslagrad and Teslgrad 2 are now available on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
