As Eurogamer spotted, the footage was posted to both the Need for Speed Discord as well as the game’s official Subreddit last night. Based on the leak, the mobile game will use the map and the assets from 2019’s console outing Need for Speed Heat. We’ve also got some details on the current build, but keep in mind that none of this has been officially confirmed, so make sure you take all of this information with a grain of salt.

Based on the leak, the build includes three cars – the Lamborghini Aventador, SVJR, the Gallardo, and iconic the McLaren F. The game will apparently on Unreal Engine 4, and it’ll feature mechanics similar to Need for Speed Edge. Tencent are also rumored to be in the charge of development of this game as well.

EA hasn’t actually announced a Need for Speed Mobile at this point, but if something changes, we will keep you updated. Meanwhile, they have confirmed that a new AAA Need for Speed game is on the way coming from Crierion once and it will launch this November as a new-gen exclusive. Hopefully, we will learn more about that game shortly as well.
