Pokemon Unite downloads reached an all-time high at this point and The Pokemon Company reported that more than 70 million people downloaded this free-to-play game until this point. This number comes from a new Japanese YouTube ad and the subtext indicates that the 70 million Pokemon Unite downloads includes both the Nintendo Switch and mobile versions of the game.

Pokemon Unite didn’t change much in the past couple of months. The most recent changes include the introduction of a new character (Azumarill), a polarizing limited-time event mode, and plenty of login bonuses for some types of currencies (like Easter eggs, cowboy paraphernalia, and music notes).

But, even though the initial hype waned over time (for most players, that is) Pokemon Unite is still doing great. It’s easy to get into it, and it allows you to log in regularly just to get those sweet (and free) rewards even if you’re not interested to play the game itself at that point. How awesome is that?

If you haven’t played Pokemon Unite just yet, you can pick it up on Android, iOS, and Nintendo Switch.
